Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Activity Stream module (Page Builder)'.

My Requests module

The My Requests module shows users their open requests in a JSM project. Users can filter the requests based on status and request type. They can also use the search bar to find requests.

This module is only populated for logged-in users: it is empty for anonymous users. We therefore suggest setting up View Permissions on the module’s section to only show it to users logged in to Atlassian.

Add this module to a page

This module is only available if you have Refined for Jira Service Management Cloud.

All Refined Pages, Confluence spaces, Jira Software projects and JSM projects that you add in the Site Builder get their own landing page on your Refined site. Modules are the building blocks of these pages.

  1. Go to the Page Builder.

  2. Hover your mouse over the desired location on the page and click the + Add module button that appears.

  3. Click Requests in the left-hand menu.

Edit the title

Simply click the module’s title to start writing and formatting. You can use text variables to make the text dynamic, for example to display the user’s first name.

Edit the settings

  1. Select the module to see its menu, which appears on its right-hand side.

  2. Click the Cogwheel.

  3. Edit the settings, which are divided over multiple tabs:

Fixed height

By default, all modules adjust their size to their content. To set a fixed height instead, fill in the desired height in pixels.

My Requests tab

Service desk ID

To show content from a specific project, add its Service Desk’s ID. Separate multiple IDs with a comma.

Leave this field empty to show requests from all projects on your site.

Number of requests

Decide how many items you want to show.

Find a Service Desk ID

  1. Go to your JSM project > Channels > Help Center.

  2. Look at the URL. For example, in the URL servicedesk/customer/portal/10, the Service Desk ID is 10.
