Refined for Jira Server supports the following languages:
English

Customer-facing languages
From version 3.2, you can change the language on the customer-facing parts of your site. We support the languages Jira offers out of the box in customer facing properties, as well as Vietnamese (vi_VN), Chinese Traditional (zh_TW) and Portuguese (pt_PT).
If the language you wish to translated is on this list of supported languages:
Enable the language switcher on your site.
Take the language switcher to the next level by adding your own translations, wordings and phrases.

Contact us and let us know you want to translate the customer-facing parts of Refined.
We will send you a file where you translate the words as you see fit.
Send the the file back to us once you are done.
We will create a jar file that contains the translations you provided.
Upload the file to your Jira via Manage apps > Upload file.
