Card module

Create blocks with images, titles, descriptions, and links.

Add this module to a landing page

All Refined Pages, Confluence spaces, Jira Software projects and JSM projects that you add in the Site Builder get their own landing page on your Refined site. Modules are the building blocks of these pages.

Go to the Page Builder.
Hover your mouse over the desired location on the page and click the + Add module button that appears.
Click Cards in the left-hand menu and choose one of the following styles:
- Vertical text card
- Image card
- Icon card

Edit the text

Simply click the module’s text to start writing and formatting. You can use text variables to make the text dynamic, for example to display the user’s first name.

Edit the settings

Select the module to see its menu, which appears on its right-hand side.
Click the Cogwheel.
Edit the settings, which are divided over multiple tabs:

Module tab

Setting	Description
Link to	Add a URL to make the entire module direct the user to another page.
Open in a new tab	If you added a link to the entire module, toggle this setting on to open the page in a new tab.
Background	Add an Image, Color, or Gradient as background – or turn off the background by selecting None. There are multiple ways to pick a color: Select the shade and hue at the top of the popup. Enter an RGB, RGBA, or hex code. Click the eyedropper icon to select a color from anywhere on the page (available in the browsers Firefox and Edge). Click one of the recently used colors. Use the vertical slider in the middle of the popup to control the color’s opacity.
Spacing between elements	Set the amount of space between the module’s contents. Choose between Tight, Default, Spacious - or click Custom to fill in a specific amount of pixels.
Padding inside	Set the amount of space between the module’s content and its border. Choose between Tight, Default, Spacious - or click Custom to fill in a specific amount of pixels.
Element alignment	Align the content to the left, middle, or right of the module.
Drop shadow	Add a shadow behind the module.
Fixed height	By default, all modules adjust their size to their content. To set a fixed height instead, fill in the desired height in pixels.

Icon tab

This tab is only available for Card modules with the Icon card style.
