Global JSM site and additional Refined sites
Refined is set up a bit differently, depending on whether you have installed Jira Service Management, Jira Core, Jira Software, or a combination of the three.
When you combine Refined (version 2.0 and newer) with Jira Service Management, your Help Center from native JSM is replaced by a Global JSM site. This site can’t be removed and holds all your Jira projects: from JSM, but also from Jira Core and/or Jira Software, if you have them installed.
