Combine the power of JSM and Confluence on your sites, by adding request type Request Type links to your Confluence Pagespages.

This makes it easier for your users to create JSM requests, which for example can simplify HR processes on your intranet. Imagine documenting a vacation policy, and directly guiding your users to the correct request types.

Info

To do this, you need both Refined for Confluence Cloud and Refined for Jira Cloud. If you only have Refined for Confluence Cloud, these links will open in the native Jira Service Management view.
