In some cases, you want to add content to a site but not display it in the Navigation Menu. For example to use information from a specific Confluence space in a module, but not show it to all users.

To exclude a content item, go to the Site Builder and toggle off Show in the navigation menu in the content item’s settings. You see the settings menu when you add a new content item. To edit an existing content item, click the item’s Cogwheel > Edit.

Users search all the site’s content by clicking the magnifying glass at the top-right corner of your site. Click here to read which search results are included and what other ways users can search your sites.

The cogwheel is only visible to administrators of the Refined site. It contains shortcuts to the Refined Administration, helpful resources and the Atlassian Administration.

The avatar menu is a personalised menu that is only available to logged-in users.
