You can add widgets from external services to a Refined site. For example, adding a chat functionality widgets from Intercom or Zendesk enables , Zendesk, and Jira Service Management make it easy for your users to contact you directly.

Get the widget’s code
To get code for an Intercom chat widget, go to Intercom’s website > Settings > Installation > Web.
To get code for a Zendesk chat widget, go to Zendesk’s website > Settings > Channels > Widget > and create a widget.
To get a code for a Jira Service management, open JSM and go to your JSM service project > Project settings > Widget. Choose the widget options that fit your needs and click Save to confirm.
