By adding a Jira Service Management (JSM) project to a site, you create a customizable landing page. Users Logged-in users can create and view requests on this page. For example, this lets you add HR and IT portals on your intranet. If you add a knowledge base to the project in native JSM, it’s also visible on your Refined site.
