To do this, you need both Refined for Confluence Cloud and Refined for Jira Service Management Cloud. If you only have Refined for Confluence Cloud, these links will open in the native Jira Service Management JSM view. |
Add a JSM Request Type link to a Confluence page
Add the JSM project the Site Builder.
Go to your Jira Service Management project > Help Centerthe project on your site.
Click on the a request type that you want to add to the Confluence Pageand copy the URL.
Copy Paste the URL and paste it in the text on a Confluence Pagepage.
Visit the Confluence Page page on your site to see the results.
