Users can choose to give the feedback anonymously or tied to their user account.
Access to feedback
What access a user can see depends on their Confluence permissions:
Users with Confluence Page Viewpermissions can see, edit, or delete the feedback they provided. They can’t see others' feedback.
Users with Confluence Add/Edit Pages permissions can see everyone’s feedback. They can mark feedback items as resolved or unresolved.

Access a page’s feedback by clicking the speech bubble icon at the top of the page. On your Refined site, unresolved feedback is marked with a red number on the speech bubble. In Confluence, you can see the red number when you click on the Refined logo at the top of the page. |

Interactions with other space settings
When the Embedded Confluence pages space setting is enabled, the feedback button is located at the bottom of the page instead of at the top.
