Feedback on Confluence pages and blog posts

Users can choose to give the feedback anonymously or tied to their account.

Enable feedback

Go to Confluence space settings and toggle on Feedback.

Access to feedback

What access a user can see depends on their Confluence permissions:

  • Users with Confluence Page View permissions can see, edit, or delete the feedback they provided. They can’t see others' feedback.

  • Users with Confluence Add/Edit Pages permissions can see everyone’s feedback. They can mark feedback items as resolved or unresolved.

If you disable the feedback feature, users can still view previously-provided feedback.

Access a page’s feedback on your Refined site by clicking the speech bubble icon at the top of the page. Unresolved feedback is marked with a red number on the speech bubble.
