You Logged-in users can find a list an overview of their requests at any time by clicking the Avatar in the top-right corner > opening the User menu > clicking My requests. A red number on your avatar menu shows how many open requests you they have.

You can also show users their requests by adding a My Requests module to a page.

In the Requests overview, you can find specific requests by using the search bar or setting the following filter(s)filters:

  • Open requests / closed requests / any status

  • Created by me / created by anyone / shared with me / shared with my organizations

    • Note that created by anyone includes tickets created by you or shared with you. Shared with me includes tickets

  • Request type (specific to the JSM projects added on that Refined site)

Error notification: “Can’t show requests”

If a user sees an error message stating a “Can’t show requests” error message, this likely happened because the issue type it’s based on relevant request type was was removed in JSM. To restore the request type, add back its associated issue type in this project's issue type schemeit back to the project in JSM.
