Users can choose to give the feedback anonymously or tied to their user account.

Enable feedback

Go to Confluence space settings and toggle on Feedback.

Access to feedback

What access a user can see depends on their Confluence permissions:

• Users with Confluence Page Viewpermissions can see, edit, or delete the feedback they provided. They can’t see others' feedback.

• Users with Confluence Add/Edit Pages permissions can see everyone’s feedback. They can mark feedback items as resolved or unresolved.

Access a page’s feedback on your Refined site by clicking the speech bubble icon at the top of the page. To find an overview of all feedback on a Refined site: Go to the site and log in. Click your avatar, which is located in the top-right corner > navigation menu. Click Feedback. Interactions with other space settings

When the Embedded Confluence pages space setting is enabled, the feedback button is located at the bottom of the page instead of at the top.
