We support a number of third party apps. Because Refined Sites for Cloud works as a site builder parallel to native JSM, the app doesn’t change native JSM isn’t changed by Refined Sites. Therefore, Refined Sites doesn’t impact third party apps that provide functionalities in native JSM. However, it might impact apps that provide functionalities in the customer-facing portal may not be supported on Cloud. See the integrations and supported apps documentation. |

Just as with Refined for Server/DC, our Cloud app allows you to add a custom domain. You can use the domain you had for your Server/DC site on your Cloud site. The server URL format is automatically converted to the new Cloud URL format. |
