Issue Types module
The Issue Types module lets users create Jira Issues on your Refined site. It lists all Issue Types that a user is allowed to see in a Jira project.
To give users an overview of created Issues, add a Jira Issues module to the same page.

This module is only available if you have Refined Sites for Jira Service Management Cloud.
Due to maintenance, it’s temporarily not possible for customers whose accounts were created after 20 August 2023to add Jira Software projects to Refined sites.

All Refined Pages, Confluence spaces, Jira Software projects and JSM projects that you add in the Site Builder get their own The Issue Types module lets users create Jira Issues on your Refined site. It only shows issue types that a user is allowed to see according to their Atlassian permissions.

Hover your mouse over the desired location on the page and click the + Add module button that appears.
Click Issues in the left-hand menu.
Select the Issue Types module.

Edit the title
Simply click the module’s title to start writing and formatting. You can (heading), to edit it. There are various formatting options, including paragraph/heading styles. Tip: use text variables to make the text dynamic, for example to display the user’s first name.
Edit the settings
Select Click the module to see open its settings menu, which appears on its right-hand side.Click the Cogwheel.
Edit the settings, which are divided over multiple tabs:

Columns | Specify how many columns the module should have. Icon layouts are more compact than list layouts, which gives you space for more columns. |
Project ID |
To include all projects added to your site, leave this field empty. To show one or more specific projects, enter their Project IDs separated with commas. To show dynamic content, enter a text variable:

Find a Project ID
From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Details.
The Project ID is the number after pid= in the URL.
