Jira Issues module
Due to maintenance, only customers with Refined Sites for JSM whose accounts were created before 20 August 2023 can add Jira projects to their sites. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The Jira Issues module shows a list of issues from one or more Jira projects. It only includes issues that a user is allowed to see according to their Atlassian permissions.
Add this module to a page
Go to a landing page on your site.
Click the Edit page button.
Hover your mouse over the desired location on the page and click the + Add module button that appears.
Click Issues in the left-hand menu.
Select the Jira Issues module.
Edit the title
Simply click the module’s title (heading), to edit it. There are various formatting options, including paragraph/heading styles. Tip: use text variables to make the text dynamic, for example to display the user’s first name.
Edit the settings
Click the module to open its settings menu, which appears on its right-hand side.
Edit the settings, which are divided over multiple tabs:

Fixed height | By default, all modules adjust their size to their content. To set a fixed height instead, fill in the desired height in pixels. |

Filter | Filters let you narrow down which issues from your site's Jira projects to show.

Filter by label | Enter a label you use in Jira to include only issues with that label. Add a dash ( - ) in front of a label to exclude its issues. Separate multiple labels with commas. |
Filter by component | Enter a component you use in Jira to only include the issues that belong to that component. Add a dash ( - ) in front of a component to exclude its issues. Separate multiple components with commas. |
Filter by project | To include all projects added to your Refined site, leave this field empty. To show one or more specific projects, enter their Project IDs, separated with commas. To show dynamic content, enter a text variable: |
Filter by status | Enter a Jira status to only include issues with that status. Add a dash ( - ) in front of a status to exclude its issues. Separate multiple statuses with commas. |
Filter by creator | Enter a creator's Account ID to include their issues. Add a dash ( - ) in front of a creator's ID to exclude their issues. Separate multiple IDs with commas. |

Number of items | Decide how many items you want to show. Users can browse more items with the arrows at the bottom of the list. |
Filter by project | The module will only show issues related to the user, which they can filter themselves:
Leave the field empty to include all projects added to your Refined site. To include only specific projects, enter one or more Jira Project IDs separated with commas. |
Filter with JQL | Make the JQL filter dynamic with text variables. |
Find a Project ID
From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Details.
The Project ID is the number after pid= in the URL.
