The Refined Sites for Cloud apps are SaaS tools that live outside of Atlassian: they operate parallel to Confluence and JSM. Rather than changing your native Atlassian instance, you build sites in Refined. This offer a number of key advantages: You can build any number of sites for a variety of purposes, and tailor each to a specific audience, all spun from the same instance. An intranet, a documentation site, etc. Add only the content your audience needs, and nothing more, for a clean and clutter-free user experience. You can also add one single space or project to multiple sites. Sites afford you extra granular control over access: on a site-level, and on a page-level. This makes it easy to personalize sites to show relevant content to certain audience groups. Of course, Confluence and JSM content permissions are always respected on Refined sites as well. You can deliver richer self-help and support experiences by combining documentation from Confluence and service desks from JSM seamlessly on the same site (more on this below).  Image Modified
