The Request Types module makes it possible for users to create JSM requests directly on your Refined site.
You can add this module to your site home, category homes, and Jira projects/JSM portals.

ParameterSetting | Description |

Title | The module’s title. If left empty, the title is Request Types. |
Portal ID | If left empty, the portal you are on will be used. You can also manually set it using the ID of your Alternatively, enter a specific service desk ID (found in the URL of that service desk). |
Display |
You can include IDs from multiple groups or projects by separating them with a comma. |
Show service project name Available when you choose Display is set to Selected request types or Selected groupsin the Display parameter. | Select to show the service project name together with the groups. |
Hide groups Available when you choose Display is set to Selected request typesin the Display parameter. | Select to display all request types together and disregard the Display settings made in the Display parameter. |

Here you can browse request type groups and request types.
