Refined Administrators and Confluence Administrators can give others in their organisation Refined Administrator rights. Go to Refined Administration > Permissions >add a user or user group.

A Site Administrator can edit settings related to a Refined Site, which includes:

  • Editing layouts.Editing any

  • category Adding and editing spaces that for which the user can viewhas Confluence view permissions. It’s only possible to add Confluence spaces that are not added to a different site.

  • Editing any setting for the site including theme, navigation, permission, start site setting settings, announcement banners, promoted search results, and more.add Confluence spaces that are not added to a different site.

Add or remove Site Administrators

Refined Administrators and Confluence Administrators can give others in their organisation Site Administrator rights.

  1. Go to Refined Administration > Site Builder.

  2. Click the Cogwheel of the site you want to add a user to, and go to Permissions.

  3. Add a user or user group.
