Activating Refined as the Global theme changes the look and feel of your Confluence instance. It’s also possible to keep the native Confluence look and feel and only apply Refined to specific spaces.

  1. Install Refined.

  2. Go to General Configuration.

  3. In the left-hand menu, look for Refined and click Configuration.

  4. Click Activate Refined as the Global Theme.
