The navigation menu is your Refined site’s main menu, located at the top of all pages.
Menu style
There are two styles to choose from. The content menu shows the structure of your entire site, while the breadcrumb menu shows all the current page’s parent pages.

Go to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick the site you want to work with.
Go to the Configuration tab.

Create a drop-down menu (content menu only)
Single column:

Add child items to it.
Multiple columns:
Add a Menu Folder as a parent item.
Add multiple Menu Folders to it as child items.

Exclude content from the menu
In some cases, you want to add content to a site but not display it in the Navigation Menu. For example to use information from a specific Confluence space in a module, but not show it to all users.
To exclude a content item, go to the Site Builder and toggle off Show in the navigation menu in the content item’s settings. You see the settings menu when you add a new content item. To edit an existing content item, click the item’s Cogwheel > Edit.
Site Switcher
The Site Switcher makes it easier for your users to navigate between your sites and to access other links.
Set up the Site Switcher
You can enable and manage the Site Switcher on each of your sites.
Go to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick the site you want to work with.
Go to the Site Switcher tab.
In this tab, you can:
Enable or disable the Site Switcher for the site.
Add or remove menu items, which can be sites from your Refined instance as well as external links.
Adjust the order in which links show up in the menu.
Determine whether items open up in a new tab when users click them.
