Designed to replace the Layout Editor, our new what-you-see-is-what-you-get Page Builder lets you see your design come to life in real time as you build.
We’re releasing the Page Builder in phases.
Can’t wait to give it a go? Request access.
My Requests module
Use the My Requests module to show a user’s open requests in a Jira Service Desk project. It offers users a truly personalised experience, since they only see content relevant to their account.
Users can filter the requests based on status and request type. They can also use the search bar to find requests based on keywords.
This module is only populated for logged-in users – it is empty for anonymous users. We suggest using View Permissions to only show the module’s section to users logged in to Atlassian.
Add this module to a page
This module is only available if you have installed Refined for Jira Cloud.
All Refined Pages, Jira Projects, and Confluence Spaces that you add in the Site Builder get their own landing page on your Refined site. Modules are the building blocks of these pages.
Go to the Page Builder.
Hover your mouse over the desired location on the page and click the + Add module button that appears.
Click Requests in the left-hand menu.
Edit the title
Simply click the module’s title to start writing and formatting. You can use text variables to make the text dynamic, for example to display the user’s first name.
Edit the settings
Select the module to see its menu, which appears on its right-hand side.
Click the Cogwheel.

Service desk ID | To show content from a specific Service Desk, add that Service Desk’s ID. Separate multiple IDs with a comma. If you don’t add a Service Desk ID, the module automatically shows content from all Service Desks on your site. |
Find a Service Desk ID
Go to your JSM project > Channels > Help Center.
Look at the URL. For example, in the URL servicedesk/customer/portal/10, the Service Desk ID is 10.
