You can find a list of requests at any time by clicking the Avatar in the top-right corner > My requests. A red number on your avatar menu shows how many open requests you have.

In the Requests overview, you can find specific requests by using the search bar or setting the following filter(s):

  • Open requests / closed requests / any status

  • Created by me / created by anyone / shared with me / shared with my organizations

    • Note that created by anyone includes tickets created by you or shared with you. Shared with me includes tickets

  • Request type (specific to the JSM projects added on that Refined site)

Error notification: “Can’t show requests”

If a user sees an error message stating “Can’t show requests”, this likely happened because the issue type it’s based on was removed in JSM. To restore the request type, add back its associated issue type in this project's issue type scheme.
