This module is only available if you have Refined Sites for Jira Service Management Cloud.
The My Requests module shows users their open requests in a JSM project. Users can filter the requests based on status and request type. They can also use the search bar to find requests.
This module is only populated for logged-in users: it is empty for anonymous users. We therefore suggest setting up View Permissions on the module’s section to only show it to users logged in to Atlassian.
Logged in users can also always access an overview of their requests by opening their User menu in the navigation menu > clicking My requests.
Add this module to a page
Go to a landing page on your site.
Click the Edit page button.
Hover your mouse over the desired location on the page and click the + Add module button that appears.
Click Requests in the left-hand menu.
Select the My Requests module.
Edit the title
Simply click the module’s title to start writing and formatting. You can use text variables to make the text dynamic, for example to display the user’s first name.
Edit the settings
Click the module to open its settings menu, which appears on its right-hand side.
Edit the settings, which are divided over multiple tabs:

Fixed height | By default, all modules adjust their size to their content. To set a fixed height instead, fill in the desired height in pixels. |

Service desk ID | To include all projects added to your Refined site, leave this field empty. To show content from a specific project, add its Service Desk’s ID. Separate multiple IDs with a comma. To show dynamic content, enter a text variable:

Find a Service Desk ID
Go to your JSM project > Channels > Help Center.
Look at the URL. For example, in the URL servicedesk/customer/portal/10, the Service Desk ID is 10.
