The Search Highlight module displays a search field on a background, which can be an image or colour.

To add this module to a space home (also called space overview), go into the Space home editor. To add this module to other pages in your Confluence space, use the editor in the Content Layout macro. Both editors work in the same way, click here to learn more.

The Search module shows results from your entire Confluence instance.
