Refined Integrations allow you to add integrations based on your linked Confluence Applications.

Currently there are no Jira-specific integrations, so you’ll need the Refined for Jira app installed on Jira to benefit from this feature.

Refined for Jira & JSM

If you have Refined for Jira installed on a Jira Application which is linked to Confluence, you can add and configure Refined Integrations.

Any Applink setup through Confluence is available under the Available section. From there you can enable integrations individually and configure their features.

Site switcher

You can include sites from Jira directly in your Site Switcher on the Confluence side. Available options:

All - Adds all sites from your linked Jira instance

Custom selection - Search and select sites to include.

Once configured, the sites will show up in the Site Switcher for direct navigation to these sites.

User Menu

From Refined 7.3.0, you’ll also have the ability to add links in the avatar menu directly to the Jira side. These could be links to My requests or Jira issues. It’s also possible to configure if you’ll include the counter badges.

Layout Modules FUTURE

In a future release you’ll be able to integrate modules from Refined for Jira directly on your Site and Category homes.

Known limitations

  • It’s currently not possible to add integrations from Cloud instances.

  • For the initial 7.2.0 release - Only OAuth (Impersonation) configured app links will be supported.
Regular OAuth will be added with an additional click-to-allow step in a subsequent release.
