Gather feedback from users to improve your sites. All logged-in users can leave feedback on your site’s pages that are created from Confluence spaces.
This feature is only available in Refined for Confluence Cloud.
Enable or disable the feedback feature
You can enable/disable the feedback feature in global or custom space settings. Global space settings apply to all spaces on your site, except for the the spaces with custom space settings.
If you had enabled the feedback feature and choose to disable it, please note that the users who provided feedback and users who have Confluence Add Pages permissions can still view previously-provided feedback.
Submit feedback
Users who have Confluence Page View permissions can leave feedback on a page by clicking the Give Feedback button. It is possible to give the feedback anonymously.
Access feedback
Feedback can be viewed on a page level and on a site level.
Users with Confluence View Permissions can see the feedback they provided. They can’t see others' feedback.
Users with Confluence Add Pages permissions can see everyone’s feedback.
Users with Confluence Add Pages permissions can mark feedback items as resolved or revert their status back to unresolved. The users who gave the feedback can edit or delete their feedback.
Page-specific feedback
Access a page’s feedback by clicking the speech bubble icon at the top of the page.
On your Refined site, unresolved feedback is marked with a red number on the speech bubble. In Confluence, you can see the red number when you click on the Refined logo at the top of the page.
All feedback on a site
To find find an overview of all feedback on a Refined site, go to that site or the Refined Administration and click on the avatar menu. If you have unresolved feedback on your site, a red number appears on your avatar.
