Use HTML to show the content you want, in the style you want. Please note that Refined does not support issues caused by custom CSS or HTML.
You can add this module to your site home, category homes, and Jira projects/JSM portals.

HTML module security
Available in Refined for Jira version 3.3.0 and higher.
You can enable or disable the possibility to use the HTML module in layouts and on landing pages.
Go to the Refined Administration.
Click the Themes tab.
Under the Custom CSS & HTML heading, toggle Enable HTML module on or off.
