You manage your Refined instance in the Refined Administration. To access the Refined Administration via Confluence or Jira:
Click Apps > Refined in the navigation menu.
Click the Refined Administration button.
You can also go to the Refined Administration directly from a Refined site. Use keyboard shortcuts or click the Cogwheel in the site’s navigation menu and select how you want to manage the site:
