To control which pages, blog posts, and request types are included in the search results:

  1. Head to the Refined Administration.

  2. Click Sites in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select a site.

  4. Click the Search Settings tab.

  5. Scroll down to Confluence and JSM results (this section is called Confluence results if you only use Refined for Confluence, or JSM results if you only use Refined for JSM).

  6. Toggle on Customize results.

  7. Include or exclude:

    • Pages and blog posts from specific Confluence spaces.

    • Pages and blog posts with specific Confluence labels.

    • Request types from specific JSM projects.

These settings don’t apply to Confluence’s Live Search macro, which has to be set up in native Confluence.
