Refined Sites is a site builder that runs parallel to native Confluence. You can pick and choose which content from your Confluence instance to show on custom, branded intranets, documentation sites and knowledge bases. This way, you can create as many sites as you want, with different purposes.
Refined Toolkit is an app inside of native Confluence. It doesn’t change the structure of Confluence, but rather allows you to add branding to the space and improve page content with macros.
