My Requests module
Use the My Requests module to show a user’s open requests in a Jira Service Desk project. Users only see content relevant to them, offering them a personalised experience.
You can add this module to your site home, category homes, and Jira projects/JSM portals.

Use preset filter | Select Yes to enable a custom filter. With a custom filter enabled, users can still change the filter if the Filter bar setting is enabled. The filter bar’s default state is the custom filter. | 3.3 |

Request type | Enter a request type ID to only show results from this request type. To skip this filter, leave the field empty. | 3.3 |
Location | Enter the location ID of a site, category or portal to only show results from that specific location. You can find the Location ID in the Site Builder when editing a location. To skip this filter, leave the field empty. | 3.3 |
