Request view
Users can find all of a request’s details in the request view, including the description and comments. To customise the layout of the Requests view on your sites:
Go the the Refined Administration.
Click the Jira Service Management tab.
Scroll down to the Request view heading, where you can:
Pick a Layout mode.
Turn Display assignee on or off.
Turn List attachments on or off.
Layout mode
Choose how to show your requests:
Details at the top and comments at the bottom
Comments at the top and details at the bottom
Display assignee
Turn on Display assignee to let customers know who is working on their request. When selected, the assignee is visible in the request view as well as the My Requests overview and the My Requests module.
List attachments
It’s possible to add attachments to comments in the request view. Turn on List attachments to show a list of all attachments in the request view’s right-hand column.
