Logos uploaded to portals in default JSM project settings are only shown on Refined sites when using breadcrumb navigation in Refined for Jira Service Management version 3.0.2 and up.
Add logos, favicons and app icons to sitesÂ
Go to the Refined Administration.
Go to the Site Builder tab.
Click a site’s Cogwheel icon.
The settings are located in the General section.
Setting | Description |

Site logo | Located in the category menu, which is located at the top of all pages on your site. The logo is placed in the middle for sites with a breadcrumb menu, on the left-hand side for sites with a content menu. |
Favicon | Shown in the user’s browser tab. |
App icon | Visible when a user adds a link on the home screen of their mobile device. |
Add icons to categories, projects, and links
Icons added to categories, projects, and links are shown in the Site Navigation module, if the module is set up with the cards style.
Go to the Refined Administration.
Go to the Site Builder tab.
Click a site’s Cogwheel icon.
The settings are located in the General section.
