General Partner Questions

As a partner of Refined do I get a free demo license for Refined apps?

• Yes all Atlassian Solution Partners can get free demo licenses for Server and Data Center apps. File a ticket in our Partner Support to request or renew your free app licenses. Cloud demo licenses are only available to Refined partners.

How do we become a partner of Refined?

• You must be an Atlassian Solution Partner to partner with Refined. If you meet this pre-requisite you’re welcome to apply to be a partner of Refined. Apply using the form at this link: https://services.refined.com/become-a-partner

• Once you’ve applied, we will review your application and send you information accordingly.

What are the benefits of being a partner of Refined?

• Communications around partner and product news, sales support and enablement material, and priority when it comes to marketing collaboration and discounts. See a list of the benefits here.

What are the requirements of being a partner of Refined?

• To become a partner you simply need to be an existing Atlassian Solution Partner, and fill in the Become a Partner form. We will then assess your sales and activities with Refined and allocate your Refined partner level. See more on requirements here.

Billing and Licensing FAQs

How do I know which license to choose when purchasing Refined?

• The Atlassian license tier determines what license type you need to buy for Refined. E.g. if you are installing Refined on Confluence Server with a 100 user Confluence license, then you need to purchase a 100 user license of Refined for Confluence Server. This is done automatically via Atlassian Marketplace. 

• The same applies for Refined for Jira Server and DC. This app goes by the number of Jira users, not the number of Jira Service Desk agents.

Do we offer discounts for customers migrating to Cloud?

• Yes. We have opted into Atlassian’s Cloud loyalty discount program. The discount will automatically be applied.
