Requirements of Partnering with Refined

We expect the following from partners according to each partner tier.

Please note, the benefits and requirements are subject to change. We are trialling this program over the first 6 months.

• The minimum sales are based on the sale or purchase price in $US dollars in 2019.

• New partners will have one year from when they become partners to establish themselves as partners. If after one year their sales are below $4000 they will no longer be treated as partners of Refined.

• Evidence of engagement means we have reason to believe the partner implements high quality versions of our apps for customers. We will look at customer examples, activity in support, interaction at events, communication, and direct engagement with us to assess this.

To become a partner of Refined you must be a certified Atlassian Solution Partner or Global Alliance Partner and you will need to fill in our ‘Become a Partner’ form. Once these are fulfilled we will review your application and send you information accordingly. New partners are placed into the ‘new’ partner tier below.
