Decibel Issue Tracker - Server and DC
Decibel is a (fictional) music streaming service who set up their support site to include both customer support and a public issue tracker. Decibel want to keep engaged customers up to date on the latest product developments whilst still upholding their modern brand image. They use Refined to display current projects underway in a branded, easy to read way.
Decibel Issue Tracker - Cloud
Decibel used Refined for Jira Cloud and Refined for Jira Confluence to display both Jira issues and Confluence content on their branded Decibel site. By combining Confluence and Jira on a neat and engaging Refined site they engage both non-technical users to the site and most importantly, they are able to communicate any major releases to their streaming services in a consumable way.
