Refined doesn’t support issues caused by custom CSS or HTML. Please note that Refined reserves the right to change the HTML structure of this product at any time. We don’t recommend you to override CSS from the product.
You can add widgets from external services to a Refined site. For example, widgets from Intercom and Zendesk make it easy for your users to contact you.
Aside from widgets, Refined also features integrations and supported apps.
Get the widget’s code
To get code for an Intercom chat widget, go to Intercom’s website > Settings > Installation > Web.
To get code for a Zendesk chat widget, go to Zendesk’s website > Settings > Channels > Widget > and create a widget.
Add the widget to a landing page
Edit a landing page and paste the code into an HTML module.
Add the widget to an entire site
Go to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick the site you want to add the widget to.
Go to the Configuration tab > Advanced Settings > Activate Custom HTML.
Paste your code in the At the end of BODY field.
