Combine the power of Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence on your sites, by adding Request Type links to your Confluence pages.
This makes it easier for your users to create JSM requests, which for example can simplify HR processes on your intranet. Imagine documenting a vacation policy, and directly guiding your users to the correct request types.
Request types show up neatly on the page: as a button at the top right-hand side, and clearly formatted inline.
To do this, you need both Refined for Confluence Cloud and Refined for Jira Service Management Cloud. If you only have Refined for Confluence Cloud, these links will open in the native Jira Service Management view.
Add a JSM Request Type link to a Confluence page
Go to your Jira Service Management project > Help Center.
Click on the request type that you want to add to the Confluence Page.
Copy the URL and paste it in the text on a Confluence Page.
Visit the Confluence Page on your site to see the results.
