For the Requests in a Service Desk Portals, we've added an option to your requests either show with activity on top, or activity on bottom.
Note: This setting is global and applies to all your portal requests.
We've also added the option to show assignee on the requests.
How it works
Open Refined Administration, go to Jira Service Desk tab.
In the Request View setting, choose to either have the details of the request on top, and comments below, or the details below and the comments on top.

To customise the layout of the Requests view on your sites:
Go the the Refined Administration.
Click the Jira Service Management tab.
Scroll down to the Request view heading, where you can:
Pick a Layout mode.
Turn Display assignee on or off.
Turn List attachments on or off.

Turn on Display assignee to let customers know who is working on their request

Note: This setting is global and will apply to all JSD projects within Jira Service Desk. When no one is assigned on the request, it will simply say unassigned.

In Jira Service Desk, when a customer interacts on a request, the details of the request are shown in the bottom of the request page, and comments are added on top. We've had some feedback from our customers that they would like to switch this around, having the details on top and the comments added from the bottom. If this is what you prefer, make sure to take at the layout mode setting.

It’s possible to add attachments to comments in the Request view. Turn on List attachments to show a list of all attachments in the right-hand column of the request view.
