My Requests module

...

name

...

Only for JSM
Info

Only available when you have Refined Sites for Jira Service Management Cloud

The My Requests module shows users their open requests in a JSM project. It offers users a truly personalised experience, since they only see content relevant to their account., and the My Approvals module shows their closed ones. Users can filter the requests based on status and request type. They can also use the search bar to find requests based on keywords.

This module is only populated for logged-in users : it is empty for anonymous users. We therefore suggest using setting up View Permissions on the module’s section to only show the module’s section it to users logged in to Atlassian.

Info

Logged in users can also always access an overview of their requests by opening their User menu in the navigation menu > clicking My requests.
