To do this, you need both Refined Sites for Confluence Cloud and Refined Sites for Jira Service Management JSM Cloud. If you only have Refined for Confluence Cloud, these links will open in the native Jira Service Management JSM view. |
Add a JSM
Request Typerequest type link to a Confluence page
Add the JSM project to the site structure.
Go to your Jira Service Management project > Help Centerthe project on your site.
Click on the a request type that you want to add to the Confluence Pageand copy the URL.
Copy Paste the URL and paste it in the text on a Confluence Pagepage.
Visit the Confluence Page page on your site to see the results.
