Phased release
The Page Builder is available out-of-the-box for all new Refined for Confluence Cloud and Refined for Jira Cloud customers. Our existing customers on Cloud get access to the Page Builder in phases, with the possibility to migrate existing page designs from the legacy Layout Editor to the Page Builder:
