Fixing a bug with categories causing a circular reference

This release is a bug fix, fixing an issue where you sometimes were able to create a subcategory ending up with the same key as it's parent, creating an endless loop and making spaces in that category inaccessible.

This release fixes various bugs. 

Additional fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the new create button in Confluence 5.9.x was displaying "null" text when using RefinedTheme custom designs

• Fixed a locale error in the newly added My Work macro, not displaying all resluts for certain languages. 

• Fixed an error where the global menu would still look for missing icons if they had been removed.

RefinedTheme for Confluence (rebranded in Version 4.2.18) now supports Confluence 5.9.1

Introducing the My Work macro

For instances running Confluence 5.9 or newer, a new macro is added: My Work

Disabled the Status Updates macro

Atlassian decided to remove status updates in Confluence 5.9. As such, instances running Confluence 5.9 or newer will not have the status updates macro.

Additional fixes:

• Added support for Confluence 5.9

• Updated the two Dashboard templates Default and Simple in the Dashboard Editor, changing Favourite pages macro to My Work macro - if using Confluence 5.9 or above.

• Fixed an issue where create button didn't respect styles in concealed menu for spaces.

• Fixed a bug where the sidebar menu would crash on blogs from personal space

• Updated previewing images from blogs and activity stream

• Removed status updates filter from activity stream for Confluence 5.9 instances

• Fixed a bug where page tree would render with empty section of space shortcuts if there were none available.

A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the activity stream is identified and resolved. Affected versions are RefinedWiki Original Theme 3.x - 4.0.x. We recommend you to upgrade to this version: 4.0.12. Fixes are also included in version 3.5.13 and version 4.1.

Risk Assessment

The cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affect Confluence instances, including publicly available instances (that is, internet-facing servers), if the attacker is allowed to edit pages.
