The footer is the section of content at the bottom of your Refined site’s page. It has the same content on every page and helps users find their way.
Global vs custom footer
The global footer applies to all your sites, except the sites to which you have applied a custom footer.
Edit the global footer
Go to the Refined Administration.
Go to the Navigation tab.
Set a custom footer
Go to the Refined Administration.
Go to the Site Builder tab.
Click a site’s Cogwheel > Edit site.
Footer settings
Setting | Description |

Enabled | Select to show a footer, deselect to disable the footer. |
Content | Click the Manage footer button to edit the footer’s content. |
Content
The footer consists of a text field, above which you can add columns. By default, it displays the following message which uses two text variables:

Columns

Links module | Add a column with links. You can use the search bar to look for pages within your website, or add URLs manually. You can add titles and icons, decide whether the link should open in a new tab, and set view permissions. | 3.5 |
Blog module | Add a column that displays blogs & news from your entire instance, the blog site or specific spaces. | 4.0 |
Logo module | Add a column that contains the logo of your Confluence instance. | 3.5 |
HTML module | Add a column containing custom HTML. This is useful if you want to insert widgets, for example. Refined does not support issues caused by custom HTML. | 4.0 |
Questions module | Add a column that displays Questions created with Confluence Questions. Similar to Confluence’s Questions List macro. This module is only available when you have installed Confluence Questions. | 5.0 |
